How to be an awesome coworker

From signing up, you get to create your member account and purchase the membership right for you and your team. Choose your office or desk, and add your contact information.

If you are simply visiting, you can create an account and purchase services that don’t require a membership, such as day passes and conference room use.

We will send you a Welcome Email with pertinent information on your membership once signup process is complete. It will include your new business address, the following documents:

  • Coworking Agreement Form (to sign and return)
  • Certification Letter

If you are interested in a dedicated space that is currently not available, join our waitlist! Feel free to reach out to our Axelera Business Center team members to get placed on our waitlist and get notified as soon as any vacancies are available. Billing

Checking out a membership? We’ll make billing quick and painless.

All memberships are invoiced on the first of the month and our system charges the credit card on file between the 1st and 3rd of the month.

All membership payments are due by the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees. By submitting your first payment via credit card or other payment mechanism, you authorize Axelera Business Center to charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis for the membership that you sign up for, including recurrent monthly additional services.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, check, cash, or wire transfers. There is a $15 fee for all wire transfers.

Yes. By submitting your first payment via credit card or other payment mechanism, you authorize Axelera Business Center to charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis for the membership that you sign up for, including recurrent monthly additional services.

A 10% Late Fee is added to your account if payment is not received by the 3rd of the month.

For annual payments, we offer a 10% discount for the upfront payment. We also offer discounted pricing for non-profits and students with a valid Student ID or 501C3 document. Contact our info@axelerabusinesscenter.com for the set-up of your anual membership.

If you decide to cancel, we promise we’ll pick up and be nice about it. 

You can cancel your membership by submitting written notice by email 20 days before the 1st of the next month. Private office require one calendar month or 30 days notice prior to move-out date. All Memberships cancellations are effective the last day of the cancellation month.

Our Cafe Global membership is ideal for those who don’t need a private office, or even the same desk every day, just a committed space to work and access to a conference room.

Every Axelera Business Center have access to a free parking subject to ability. 

Extra Desk Fee

  • Private Office Membership only: $100.00 USD per additional desk per month
  • Your private office space has a limited capacity depending on size. If the number of members or other individuals regularly using your office space exceeds the number allocated for your membership, you will be required to pay the additional fee listed above. For safety reasons, there is a maximum number of desks and people that can be within your space, regardless of additional fees paid. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members allowed at any point.

  • Fee: $50.00 USD

Office Key Replacement

  • Fee: $5.00 USD
